Cancellation Policy
It is our mission to provide quality care for all our clients in a timely manner. Your appointment & care here is very important to us. No-shows, late arrivals, & late cancellations affect our staff as well as our other clients. When an appointment is scheduled that time is no longer available to other clients & to help us maintain consistent availability for everyone, please note the following.
- Please give the courtesy of at least 24 hour notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee & up to 100% of the appointment price for recurring cancellations & insufficient notice.
- If you are no-show/ no call for an appointment, we may require a deposit and a cancellation fee of $25.00 prior to scheduling any future appointments.
- If you arrive late we will do what we can to see you, but the appointment may have to be rescheduled or the time reduced if there isn’t enough time for your entire appointment however full payment is required. It is up to the discretion of the therapist if they are able to still see you. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment & have to be rescheduled we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment price.
We are aware that emergencies do happen, and it may be difficult to give sufficient notice and we will extend accommodations if possible.
Please be aware that when given proper notice of appointment cancellation we can often fill it with another client on our waiting list.
